A custom Tosca engine for gRPC services, built from scratch

A European public agency manages the development of a key public programme delivered by four or more contractor companies. Tricentis Tosca was chosen as the common tool for test management and test automation, but its API engine supported neither the gRPC protocol nor the protobuf message format the system uses. Many requirements were still unknown, because the contractor teams had not yet started implementation or testing.
