Private banking · SAP S/4HANA finance
A leading Swiss private bank
In a core-banking finance transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA (with Fiori), we ran the automated data-migration validation in Tricentis Tosca, reconciling source against target table-by-table and transaction-by-transaction, with the migration's own transformation rules embedded so expected changes never surfaced as false failures. Reusable Header/Item templates scaled one validation across all 25 booking entities, each with its own audit-signed sign-off.

A municipal utilities provider
In a complex SAP landscape (IS-U, FI/CO, MM, EAM, S/4HANA), unstable test cases and low coverage caused high analysis effort and delayed releases. We redefined test-case goals, improved automation stability and aligned execution with business risks.
Public sector · statutory pension insurance
A German statutory pension provider
In a major multi-vendor government project we established Tricentis Tosca as the central test automation and management tool, and built a custom engine for gRPC/protobuf that Tosca lacked natively, coordinating all vendors and enabling adoption through training.
